For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns, except for incorrect or faulty items.
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them and/or exchange them for another size within 5 days of the date of receipt. You must indicate the garments you wish to return or exchange on the returns note and enclose it in your package.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you via e-mail.
Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items in 15 days and inform you via SMS and e-mail.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Designer products cannot be returned. You can exchange the item(s) for a different size or demand alterations on the purchased item(s).
