Returns & Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. As part of our made-to-measure service, once an order is placed, our team contacts the client directly to obtain full body measurements and fitting details. Each dress is then adjusted and tailored specifically according to the client’s measurements and requested fit preferences. Due to the customized nature of our products and the personalized alterations made after purchase, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Faulty Items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Designer products cannot be returned. You can exchange the item(s) for a different size or demand alterations on the purchased item(s).
Your orders wil be shipped within the time stated on product page. Within Turkey, our standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, while international deliveries take 7-8 working days.

Please note that recipients will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges.On products with the “Same Day Delivery” logo, all orders placed before 02.00 pm will ship within the day.
Orders placed after 02.00 pm, will be shipped the following day.Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Worldwide Shippment is available and there will be charged depending on the country which will show in the Shippment Status.
